The failure of Australian politics is that elections are won by the undecided voter. Those who don’t know what they want, are given what they want. They lack the moral abandon of the right, but they’re too pragmatic for the left. They want to feel safe in their homes and negative gear their non-homes, they want the subjects of A Current Affair stories to get the death penalty, and they want to be able to access their superannuation every once in a while as a treat.
They lack conviction. The conviction to tick a box. The conviction to place a placard in their yard. They are perpetrators of that most reprehensible post-modern crime - not being involved in politics.
That’s where The Sensible Centre comes in.
Do you have the conviction to don a #auspol T-Shirt or Tote Bag sycophantically worshipping a former Labor/Liberal/Nationals leader? Or immortalizing a moment the mask slipped? Prove it.
Also! Take it one step further, feel free to use the Contact form to request special requests or give us ideas for a new design for that political moment you hold dear, and we will see what we can do!
